Annual Legislative Briefing and Reception
The Florida SBDC Network conducts annual visits on The Hill in
Washington, DC to brief the Florida Congressional Delegation regarding the
impact of federal funding on the overall economy of the small business
community and, in particular, the impact in each member's district. A distinctive element of the
annual visits/reception is the acknowledgement of an outstanding individual
and a Floridian whose efforts promote and advocate for both the American
dream and the federal SBDC program.
